Lionel built this Conrail Norfolk Southern SD70ACe diesel engine in about 2010. 28318 (6-28318) is on the box, 1209 is said to be (because the box has not been opened) on the engine itself. While the engine is new in its never-opened original box, no guarantee as to running is made because of the approximately 14 year old age. It has been in a dehumidified room all of that time.
